Tucked into the English countryside just 40 minutes from London, Four Seasons Hampshire offers the kind of quiet grandeur that feels made for storytelling. For this vibrant Indian wedding, the historic manor and its 500 acres of sweeping parkland became the canvas for a celebration rooted in tradition, emotion, and unforgettable floral artistry.

From the restored 18th-century manor to its rolling lawns and peaceful woodlands, every corner of the estate offered a picturesque backdrop for creativity to unfold. The floral brief was clear: create moments that felt both intimate and grand, modern yet timeless. The result was a series of floral installations that were not just decorative, they were deeply emotional and woven into the heart of the celebration.
Indian Wedding Floral Arrangements for a Modern Welcome Dinner
A wedding welcome dinner in burgundy? Yes, please! There’s something undeniably magical about this rich, deep colour – elegant yet bold, classic yet modern. The perfect hue for an intimate celebration where every detail counts. From the luxurious table settings to the stunning floral arrangements, burgundy brings warmth and sophistication, creating a romantic atmosphere that feels timeless. It’s the colour of love, passion, and unforgettable memories.
To match the mood, our floral design featured four cascading bar installations with a bold mix of burgundy, deep red, purple, and fuchsia pink hydrangeas. Pink Floyd roses, Quicksand roses, Red Naomi roses, burgundy gypsophila, phalaenopsis orchids, and fuchsia amaranthus came together in vibrant harmony.
Floating above it all? Our signature wisteria ceiling, created in collaboration with the fabulous Paula Rooney Floral Designer, added drama, softness, and spectacle to the evening.

A Whimsical Floral Walkthrough for the Sangeet
The Sangeet brought a lighter, playful mood. Guests arrived through a whimsical floral arch, built from birch and layered with foliage for natural structure and depth. To reflect the evening’s joyful energy, we paired coral, orange, pale pink, and apricot roses. Beneath the arch, floral floor designs mirrored the richness of the welcome dinner — creating a luxurious, immersive path for guests.
This wasn’t just décor, it was floral storytelling at its finest. A moment where Indian wedding floral decorations became part of the journey, not just the backdrop.

One of the most-loved design features was a series of floral photo moments – intricately styled vignettes using seasonal flowers and textured layers. These became places to pause, to take it all in, and of course, to capture the joy.
