Returns/Exchanges Policy & Cancellation Rights

We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return sections. By doing this we will be able to process your refund faster.

2. Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Ricky Paul Flowers’s mailing bag.
3. Attach the enclosed self-adhesive Smartpost returns label to the outside of your package. If your items were delivered in separate packages please return them to us in one package. If you have misplaced your Smartpost returns label then please contact customer care.
4. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
5. Then simply drop off your return package at your closest Post Office. We would advise keeping your proof of postage receipt.

Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.
